Pretty good, and great deck thinner, but it should say "may draw a card for each holon pokemon that player has in play".

then metanite would be drawing 4 or 5 cards a turn its perfect how it is.
This card is pretty good in certain decks but most decks that can use this card would rather be using desert ruins
but overall a
7/10

 

[Charaxes]

It's Lucky Stadium but with exclusive lockout effects. Of course if you don't like Holon, might be a little short changed but given most cards are card drawers anyway, I wouldn't worry.

 

[Typhlosion ex fans]

Quite good for delta deck.
