Straightforward attacker with high HP. Reminds me of the early days with the heavy damage and the haymakers. Heh. Although, I would think it would have had a Pokemon Power. Oh, well. Not too shabby, well, for me, anyway.

I would rate it good because of the Poison Claws.

Right now, I'm just laughing that this card is a Psychic type, when the Pokemon is a Poison/Dark type. They intentionally forgotten or they want to be sneaky with the psychic weakness? Later additions, like the Holons, that's one thing, but for its 1st appearance, they at least get one of the types right. Oh, well.

^ Poison-type Pokémon were confirmed to be changing from TCG Grass-types to TCG Psychic-types. Probably due to the growing number of Grass-types already in the TCG.

But the retreat costs make me want to cry... High hp yes, but you are basically forced to fight a losing battle with a retreat cost like that unless you give up a trainer card to save its butt >>;

To be fair it shouldn't have either. Shouldn't have a Psychic weakness because it's Darkness-type in the games, and shouldn't have a Psychic resistance because Poison is weak to Psychic.
