That's right, I have taken the next step in COTD and we will be reviewing Japanese cards from DP3! It's incredible! I have the translations which were done by Bangiras, so prepare yourself for DP3!

[Hyper Lugia]

Well, That could work well into my deck, replacing Torterra. The Poke-Power's not bad giving you a choice of special conditions for just a head's flip. Also The Hp is good enough and the attack does fine damage and keeps it around for a while. I give it a 8/10 because while being weak to the common Fire type it is fairly easy to power up as a stage 2. Retreat cost is high though...
