And yet. Cleffa still lives up to it's title as the best baby pokemon.

Not bad, it has the basic poke power though. Blown Kiss is okay since you can select the pokemon so. 7/10

useless attack - takes 3 turns to KO a Magikarp/Feebas... and this is a RARE... wtf?
