Good power, especially when combined with Heal Dance (Gardevoir, Bellossom).
Average attack for a stage 2 - if you have WWW, you have 1/8 chance of doing 100, 3/8 chance of doing 80 (60), and 1/8 chance of doing only 40.
however, if you like spamming energies, and if youre good at coin flipping, then it's the card for you.
