Doesn't look particularly interesting. An Agility that hits the bench is kinda nice, but not when targeting an Active is important. Brutal Edge is kinda cool- it pretty much guarantees a 2HKO on any Pokemon. Unfortunately, it'd take forever to charge, especially since DRE will be out of format by the time this card releases. :(

Still, 100 HP is great for a Basic, and a Darkness weak isn't too bad.

4/5, I guess. It could work well as a late game sweeper after spreading a good bit of damage around with other Pokes.

don't forget it has a -20 resistance to normal types which is pretty useful.
