Pretty good, actually. 1 of any energy for 3 cards and 2 for 30 damage and opponent losing a card...pretty good for a Stage 1.

Indeed. I particularly love the art's playing on Noctowl's paunchy ness. Heh.

I am curious about that question myself, but I don't think it's within in his place--he simply delivers us the "goods" and we're supposed to figure it out for ourselves.
