Pick & Choose is good, can hinder the Defending Pokémon greatly. And it works really well with Reactive Poison...50, 70 or 90 damage for just three Energy? Awesome.
Weakness ain't that bad, the Retreat Cost is good, and it has decnt HP.

I think it's release in the US on 30 August, but any Americans correct me if I'm wrong.
