A Bill and a Pluspower in one. Great for offensive decks, although I personally prefer the extra draw power granted by POV.

The free cards are always good, but...shouldn't it say "10 more damage to the defending Pokemon"? It looks like it's talking about recoil only as-is.

Until I hear otherwise, 6/10

Good eye there, I completely missed that. I'm pretty sure (according to early translations) that it should act as a Bill and Pluspower, but it looks like a misprint. Hopefully PUI will change the wording in the future. :/
