4th Gen 8th Gym problem

I went through the gym, fought Volkner and won, and he told me blahblah badge blahblah Pokemon League. When it exited battle mode all of the floor panels were reset and I can't get out. What should I do?

Look closely, and you'll see you can get out.

Go back the way you came to volkner.

This thread is pointless. The mazes are obviously made in a form you can get in and out, so there's nothing weird in that.
