HP 160. Rather expected but with Blissey's high HP, surprised hers isn't higher.
Blissful Support: Costly, but if you can afford it, go for it.
Energy Absorbtion: At least the power's effect helps and make it worth to activiate it.
Rollout: Even blocked, it can still do enough damage.
7/10. Affordable if done right.
