Pretty art.
HP: 70. For an ex, could be at least be a 80-90 but it is saved from the Ancient Ruins.
Spiral Leaf: good effect, heals or damage but if one is dependant on one effect, luck can screw them up.
Time Trap: Strong enough damage and play Prophecy. Can be quite useful.
7/10. For a low ex, she can do something, if the damage to the player can be minimal as Celebi is a risk but can quite payoff.
