Freeze Light: Quite the win with the status effect as Paralysis is the only effect that's any good anymore. Burned, can wrack up the damage. And Paralysis can bring the pain faster.
Pure Power: Like Sandstorm Dusclops but with the Freeze Light, far more effective.
Retreat Cost: Expected, she's fast.
9/10. Excellent status effects and wonderful compensations. Water/Psychic decks no doubt will have this in their staples, as well as they should.
