    *chuckle*...

Well, it's actually pretty good. The first attack basically equals an instant KO for most Basics, which is pretty good for 2 Energy. The second attack giving a freebie 100 damage for 20-self and one more energy is even better, making an instant KO on most Stage 1s. The self-damage isn't that bad, either, considering Rampardos' high HP. Of course, the attacks for a Stage 2 are expected to be high, but with all the ways to bring Cranidos out immediately that will undoubtedly exist, this card is actually a Stage 1 in practice. The bottom line isn't that bad, either, for a fossil Pokemon.

9/10 until those methods are revealed.

    OK here we go...

The first attack is for 1HKO-ing basics and weakened Pkmn, but it's a pain against stage 1's as they tend to have 70 to 90 HP and therefore requiring 2 hits.

The second is OK for 3 energy, and the 20 recoil damage isn't too bad, but as most stage 2's have more than 100 HP in this generation, it might not guarantee a KO every time.

The +30 grass weakness is bad, but not too bad as poison types are no longer classified as grass. Still, there are too many grass types around. However, with 120 HP (average) and only 1 RC, you can use it to hit and run.

7/10 - You need to get this out quick, but it's not easy since it's a stage 2 and it evolves from a fossil.

    EDIT:
I'll change my rating to 8/10 since HH bypasses resistances and effects, which can be handy at times.

You have to appreciate the art, and trying to be a badass T-Rex. Heh.

Anyway, everyone else summed it up. So, 9/10 as Fossil cards go. Although, I dispute the "Hasty Headbutt" name -- pick something more creative, Nintendo.
