5th Gen A brand new experience... system!

I like it, it makes it easier for freshly caught Pokémon to catch up. Without it, it would've taken a lot longer to train my Lv 1 Archen up 36 levels and my Lv 31 Pawniard up to E4 standards.

It also gives more incentive to take more risks in terms of opponent's levels when grinding.
 
It's ok at the moment, I'm at the Pokemon League after recently getting my 8th badge.

But I see problems when your pokemon get to s high level, say Level 70-80, If there aren't pokemon around to battle near them levels it's going to get very difficult to get pokemon up to level 100.
 
i really like the new leveling system. but its too easy to become overleved for someone like me who likes to train alot. but other than that its really nice not having to train as much.

I was thinking the same thing. Certainly it'll be difficult, but then again I see it as something you need to be very dedicated to do by training them this way(Which I'm looking forward to doing).

For me, at first I found it annoying, but when I recieved the Lucky Egg, I realised how much important this item was now. I was definitely using it from that point onward. Especially for the post-game routes...dear lord...
 
I just started on Black today and already I'm noticing how hard it is to level up compared to the previous games, but so far I'm holding out, gonna complete the game before I give a complete opinion.
