A Celebi Title Screen I made

    Here is just a Celebi Title Screen I made (Patch it to a clean FireRed Rom).

    It's in version 1.1. I wish to change the fireballs in the background. Maybe I can look at a leafgreen rom for help...hm....anyways. It's in UPS format, NOT IPS. So if you need help, lookup Linkandzelda's LiquidCrystal thread. He explains it there.

    First of all this should be in the Rom resources thread, and why would you put such a small patch in to a UPS file? Those are once you exceed the limits of IPS that you would use...
