A cookie maby?

Yes, every time I click on internet explorer and try to come here, I can't. A page pops up when I click the link and it says

The Page cannot be displayd​

Then it just says things to try which almost never work. Is this a cookie, something wong with my browser, a virus or something else? The only way I can come here is by using a page that I never X'd out. Please help.

That problem is not related to your cookies. Ther server was probably just down while you tried accessing PC.
Everything should be working again now.

It can't be that because this has been happening for three or four days now. I thought it would fix itself but I guess not. But I just tried linking straight to the site and that worked so I guess everything is ok. I still want to know why it is doing this though.

This can even go on for weeks if things are bad, trust me. Multiple downtimes a day are nothing new for us.
Just bear with us until we manage to move to a more reliable server.
"Can not be displayed" errors have nothing to do with your cookies, but the server not being reachable.
Usually those downtimes should only last for a few minutes.

that is the same thing that happens to me when i acces PC it says the page cannot be displayed and as for now i can only acces PC thru my email why?

You probably use a combination of www.Pkmncommunity.com and just plain Pkmncommunity.com, they both act differently.
