If I make an avatar for someone, then 1) How do I 'give' it to them? Do I put it in a post for them to copy or something else? and 2) How to I give the avatar to them in a high quality? (I use MS Paint)

Save the Avatar in JPG format

PM them or post them their requested avatar if you made a thread

They can simply save the picture and upload themselves or use the link if opened in a new tab.

    :D

Thanks so much, ΩGodotΩ. That helps a lot.

Adding to what ΩGodotΩ said, you should use JPG for photo-like images, and PNG for pixel-based images to sustain quality.

If you use JPG for a pixel-based image, the result will be slightly blurry and distorted.

And if you use PNG for a photo-like image, then the result is a really weird looking image.
