Okay, I moved about eight legal manaphy over from my Pearl game. I'm keeping one for myself. The others are all...
Legal. I used an AR code (before I decided to stop using the AR completely) from a friend's AR device to force the egg guy to show up and give me a few manaphy eggs. I'm told this code makes the pokemon actually legit as well as legal because the cheat was in making the guy show up, not in generating the actual egg. I have one manaphy from my friend using the same AR code.
I'll confess I'm not saavy on the AR since I only used a friend's in Pearl to try and get a few event pokemon I liked but could no longer obtain (I was playing Pearl still back when Black and White were the new games). Anyway, there you have their background.
I will be breeding the phione from my manaphy myself...So I'm pretty sure that makes them legit as well as legal?

-All manaphy know Tail Glow, Bubble, and Water Sport
-All Phione will know Bubble and Water Sport

For a manaphy
-Foreign ditto for breeding (My region is North America--New York, United States, specifically) with awesome (dare I say perfect?) IVs. I'm not sure what these go for. So this might be asking too much...probably is.
-Celebi
-Pokéball patterned Vivillion
-Victini
-Shaymin (capable of shifting into skyforme)
-Darkrai
-A shiny 5-6 IV I don't have and may actually be looking for (I have a lot I'm looking for, so just ask here if you actually wanna trade me a shiny).
For a phione
Just ask and see, especially if you're not going to require a specific nature/characteristic. I may even have extra I'm willing to just give away for anything you like if I recently had someone requesting a specific nature/characteristic. I'll be occasionally giving them up on wonder trade since they're not too "special" to go on the GTS. I can also name them whatever you like (or not at all).
If you wanna be a real peach and give me a legit/legal event not listed above that I also don't have (but don't want badly enough to pass up a chance at the ones listed above), I don't have a fancy pattern vivillion, keldeo, genesect,mew, or mewtwo. Legendaries I don't have the previous alt games to get are welcome too, Ho-Oh, and the White and White 2 legendaries.
The more you require of your phione, the longer it will take to breed you one and the better I expect the return pokémon to be (unless we get really lucky and breed it for you in the first few tries). I now have a 6IV Ditto to breed them with!
Sorry if I'm asking too much. I'm not even sure how valuable these manaphy are, if at all, but I do know that I've yet to even see a phione hit wonder trade or end up on the GTS (though I can post my keeper phione).
