3rd Gen A few questions about Emerald! :D

Hey everyone i just started Emerald again and I have a few questions:

1.When you beat the game you can catch a Lati@s depending on the colour you say, does this add that type of Lati@s into your pokedex?

2. If I finish the game (Elite four) can I do the Gyms again?

3. What does EV mean?

4. How does the thing to catch Lati@s where you use max repel and jump on grass with the acro bike work? Wouldn't the max repel repel the Lati@s?

5. If I finish the game can I still catch Rayquaza, Kyogre and Groudon?

6. Is there a 100% chance I will get the Ditto in the cave after beating E4?

I believe the Gym Leaders 'call' you when they want a rematch.

3. What does EV mean?
Ev stands for Effort Values. It is a system of training, where every pokemon you defeat gives a specific number of "ev points" to a specific stat (4 HP Ev's = 1 HP stat point).

4. How does the thing to catch Lati@s where you use max repel and jump on grass with the acro bike work? Wouldn't the max repel repel the Lati@s?
The Max repel should only block the randoms that appear in the plot of grass. It's a trick to get it quickly.

5. If I finish the game can I still catch Rayquaza, Kyogre and Groudon?
Rayquaza is only obtainable after he appears to stop Kyogre and Groudon from fighting, and the weather institute tells you where Kyogre and Groudon are. These are after you 'finish the game.'

That's all I understand, sorry I don't know how to answer 1 and 6 from memory. Try to find these answers out on your own first! I'm sure it won't take long with a little Google and effort. Good luck! :>

Latias/Latios only appears after you saw them in the wild.

Is there a 100% chance I will get the Ditto in the cave after beating E4?
No, the are just certain percentage that Ditto will appear.
