First off, on my profile why isn't it centered for me? I made the dimensions the exact size possible and it is not centered at all.

Secondly, is there a way that I could get some space in between it so that you can see the actual image or is that Tier 5+?

The images that you set for your background automatically starts from the top left corner by default, so, try and maybe experiment with the image by making it wider or bigger.

As for your second question, there are tips for that! You can go to your user CP and you can set a 'spacer' for your profile, as in, when you see that adding a youtube video option, there's a spacer option for that that you can check, and it'll provide a space in between the top portion of your profile, and some pixels in between that. If you want an example of that, that's the same option that I'm using for my own profile right now!

Another way is to have a profile picture that is transparent, or in other words, just empty space for your profile picture. You can do this in an art program, or something like that - it's pretty simple to do! That way, it'll appear that your profile will be spaced out too. Hope this all makes sense!

See, I made my profile the maximum dimensions, though. So it's weird that it wouldn't fill up the whole screen and cut the majority of it out?

It might be because of your forum style; maybe it's fixed-width? If you switch to a fluid one (such as Pichu²), then that may fix up the issue for you; your profile should stretch to your screen size accordingly. n_n" If you're using something that support display options (Stand Nexus would be a good example), then you could make it fluid going to User Control Panel > Edit Options > Misc Options > Forum Style Display Mode. Hope this helps! If it doesn't, could you please rephrase your question?
