Here is where you can discuss both the return of May and fighting over lunch in "A Full Course Tag Battle!"

This was a great epidsode. It was cool to see May again and without her brother Max (Extra points for me). I found the battles really funny just because how quickly that rich couple lost. I thought for sure that Munchlax's Giga Impact would pawn Sudowoodo's Double Edge. Dawn thought May as a fire- type, which was really funny.

The best part of the episode: They kept the instumental of May's theme for her battle. Plus, Team Rocket technically won because they got to eat the food. Plus, again, May's voice was really cool.

Rating: 9/10 just because of the couple's voices. They weren't bad but....

-Umm, it can evolve into Roserade without coming to Sinnoh lol, that's how the writers would sum it up lol.
-Great to see that May is doing well, and looking fashionable too! (Her Emerald clothes!!!!)
-OMG May must be loaded! Buying all those gifts, but I guess its the throught that counts ^^'
-That Piplup necklace is so cute! I wish I had one.
-This episode had alot of good flashbacks, especially the one with Max, glad to see he's doing good.
-Hope they bring him back one day, and with his own pokemon :P
-Harley looks evil in May's Flashback, with that nasty Wigglytuff of his 0.0
-XD @ May exploding over the stolen food!
-Dawn: May's turned into a Fire type, where's our Princess?! Hahaha utter win
-Hahah we get to see the awesome Fusion technique again!
- I glad May still has the Terracotta Metal that her and Ash won ^^ cute scene
-I wonder how Misty would react if she saw Ash be together with May and Dawn? XD
-Glaceon!!!!!
- May theme's awesomeness!!

Finally Glaceon and May make their appearance. It didn't sound like they changed glaceon's voice from the japanese one. It was good to see May without max finally. I cant wait to see the rest of this arc.

One thing i never noticed before. When girafarig used bite on blazeiken, the bite exploded?! Ok they are just getting out of hand with the explosions now

This episode was beautiful.

Dawn obviously felt less than May
Blaziken looks great... still!
Glaceoun didnt impress me but was still fresh to see
May had been in sinnoh for a month, it would have been better if she had run onto ash accidentally
Harley has a Wigglytuff^.^

Y'know, whenever I first read of the synopsis (as I have to in order to write up the episode discussion sentence), I thought, "Duel, er, I mean, battle for food, eh?" To wit, "how absurd. What are we in, Yu-Gi-Oh GX?" Usually, Pokemon battles have a reason, but this... "so, if I lose, I don't eat? Pass." There are better motivations to fight, but then, this is an anime for 6-year-olds, so, yeah. Heh.

On the plus, the Rockets got the food, so I think there is a God.

- In Japanese, I actually didn't notice they were doing a combination. Symphonic Melody is too distracting

That's the second May term they effed up, as they flubbed on "May's Expedition Team" to "Ash's Detective Agency" in Brandon's first episode. Or, maybe it was intentional, after all? Then again, they had used "take the stage" in BF extensively, so who knows?

PUSA, you can be a strange company, sometimes.

Continuity, what continuity? Heh.

Honestly, I couldn't care less about these little terms, like Dawn's "Spotlight," or Shinji's "Poke Ball, Attack!" Do they add to the character? Sure, but they can use other words, too like the dub versions do. Of course, everyone wants to in sync with the Japanese version, and that's understandable. Personally, I'm concerned on the overall dialogue/character voice issues (the TR trio particularly), but that's another topic for another day.

This episode wasn't too shabby by my view. I was rather contently surprised at how much of the original BGM was kept... the last time I heard some of those pieces was when watching the Indigo episodes, so it was rather pleasant and calming to the ears for me (not that being of one's own devices is a bad thing on all fronts). That aside, this episode wasn't bad. May seems more confident than before by nature, though I was quite shocked at how easily her ire was raised... unless I'm having a flub in recollection, I can't recall her that way at all before. Glaceon wasn't too bad either to me. But I don't think any one element was gratuitously used in this episode (but I suppose that kind of thing depends solely upon justification).

Team Rocket themselves didn't seem to be there for a reason but to be glutton. But as an overall, not a bad episode.

-Glaceon, Munchlax, Blaziken, and Beautifly make an appearance! Awesome!

-Finally able to see the differences between May and Dawn! I'm surprised I just noticed 'em.
-Since when was May referred to as the Princess of Hoenn?
-Rich Man and Wife were taken out by Ash and Brock that early!

Overall, a 9/10.
