[Questions] A good deal?

Hi all, so I know zero about pokemon but my son has recently got REALLY into everything pokemon so I'm doing my best to build up my knowledge so it's something we can fo together.
Anyway we're currently on holiday and spotted some cards in a local shop that seem considerably cheaper than the ones he buys at home (1 euro per pack). My understanding is that they are old sets so that may explain the cost however my son feels like all his Christmases have come early and is determined to spend all his holiday money (plus savings ) on as many packets as he can afford.
My question is a) is this a good price and if so b) could they be fake?
They are packs of 10 for sun and moon + lost thunder

They're fake. Ends should be flat, not zig-zagged.
