Where is a good place to train level 40-50 pokemon in fire red? thank you

In the cave before the elite 4. I trained a level 40 Kadabra to level 73 and a level 60 Charizard to level 89 before the league. I kicked their butts.

They'll be your only two places; but I must inform you that a Pokemon raised from level 2 will be much stronger than one raised from level 50 once they both reach 100.
