A Little Help

Ok. I have Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Explorers Of Darkness. I have gotten to the the Quicksand Cave, but I am having trouble getting through the last part (after the Kanghaskan Statue) to reach the pit or whatever it is called. I am a Cyndaquil, partner is Mudkip. Can anyone provide some help that can help me get through the last section of Quicksand Cave?

easy let mudkip deal with tyranitar and try to hit pokemon two tiles away it will give you a edge watch out for the sandstorms and the cave is only ten floors you will face mesprit he,s a pushover hit him with strong moves because he can use rest

Easier said than done. Mudkip always uses Bide, which takes forever, and then I'm left to destroy Tyranitar and any other Pokemon that come near us.

Sandstorms are annoying as it takes me absolutely ages to get to the stairs and they don't have any healing items on the dungeon floor. :(

If you dont want Mudkip using Bide, either get rid of it or just unselect it and Mudkip wont use it.
