4th Gen a little team help

hey everyone,got HG a couple of days ago, so far my team is looking like this:

croconaw lvl 25
flaafy lvl 24
growlithe lvl 21( soon to be arcanine)
fearow lvl 22

what should i add/remove to these teams?any movesets are also very welcome

Team help threads aren't allowed here sorry, as the rules states. Generally anything will do really anyways as long as you level them up enough and have varied movesets (ie. no 4-water moves on that Croconaw but rather surf/waterfall, Crunch, Ice Fang for instance).
