a mission before smash 3ds

    I'm killing time before smash 3ds the challenge is use fennekin pikachu and squirtle no evolution and no exp share. I came here to see what moves to learn thanks

    I might need a bigger party for the elite four lol

    For Pikachu, I would say this would be a good choice.

    Pikachu (M) @ Light Ball
    Trait: Static
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
    Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
    - Fake Out
    - Endure
    - Reversal
    - ThunderPunch
