I decided to try a team that knows how strike both physical and special defenders. All of them (excluding Gardevoir) have both physical and special attacks.

    Zapdos@Leftovers

Your EVs are all off. You can't have more than 510 EVs total and you're going way overboard in all of your Pokemon (except Dragonite).

    Zapdos@Leftovers
    Nature: Quiet
    EVs: 252 Atk / 56 Def / 152 Spd / 48 SAtk
    -Drill Peck
    -Thunderbolt
    -Rest
    -Sleep Talk

Resting Zapdos needs Sleep Talk more than T-Wave.

    Tyranitar@Leftovers
    Nature: Quiet
    EVs: 252 HP / 68 Spd / 188 SAtk
    -Thunderbolt
    -Crunch
    -Substitute
    -Focus Punch

If you want to use a mixed Tyranitar, use either a Boah set or a DDTar with Ice Beam for Flygon. This current one can't touch Flygon at all.

    Venasaur@Leftovers
    EVs: 140 HP / 124 Atk / 112 Def / 76 SAtk / 56 SDef
    Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd)

    -Hidden Power [Fire]
    -Sleep Powder
    -Leech Seed
    -Sludge Bomb

I prefer Sludge Bomb, for Grass Pokemon, combined with Hidden Power Fire for Steel types. But if this is for ingame, then don't use Hidden Powers. There's almost no chance that the HP will turn out the way you want it.
Also, Venusaur needs defensive EVs more than offensive.

    Dragonite@Leftovers
    Nature: Brave
    EVs: 252 Atk/120 Sp Atk/132 Spd
    -Earthquake
    -Aeriel Ace
    -Flamethrower
    -Dragon Claw

It's all right. Maybe Fire Blast for more power since Dragonite's Sp. Attack isn't up to par.

    Gardevoir@Leftovers
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 96 HP / 180 Spd / 96 SAtk / 136 SDef
    -Will-o-wisp/Hypnosis/Destiny Bond
    -Psychic
    -Calm Mind
    -Thunderbolt

Gardevoir is not Alakazam and therefore is perfectly able to use more defensive moves like Will-o-wisp or Hypnosis, or even a surprise Destiny Bond.

    Golem@Leftovers
    Nature: Quiet
    EVs: 252 Atk/252 Sp Atk/72 Spd
    -Fire Blast
    -Hidden Power [Grass]
    -Earthquake
    -Double-Edge

Um, no. Firstly, you already have a Rock type in Tyranitar. Secondly, Golem's special attack is not high enough to damage anything effectively even when maxed out, plus you are sacrificing its vital defensive abilities to do something its totally bad at.
There are far better Pokemon that can fill this slot. Metagross with Thunderpunch, Mixpert, Gengar with Focus Punch, etc.

sorry.. I will sound like a noob asking this question..
but, how does hidden power work actually? I see hidden power with some other elements attached.. eg. Hidden Power [Grass]

    I'm a lil confused with the hidden power [element] and the hidden power from the unowns in the other versions (g/s/c).. ^^;;

To get a certian type of Hidden Power your Pokemon must have certain IVs also HP is only useful if your Pokemon has perfect IVs for that type of HP so that it has a base power of 70 which makes it near useless ingame.

Also the memeber is banned so don't revive his topic. I only wanted to answer your question.

I think that is considered flaming. Wouldn't you say that aragornbird?

Well excuse me Ice Demon if I didn't quite please you.

Thats what stinks about you guys. You're friends with aragornbird so you can get away with everything.

    Well, excuse me.

CipherDakim's moveset by the way isn't that bad in some cases. So if he used Gameshark/Action Replay, no one on netbattle is going to know because only stats are showed, not EVs. I say if you can cheat to your adventage, then cheat to your adventage.
