Hey everyone, my name is matdavhans, but you can just call me Mat. I am a huge anime fan, which of course includes pokemon. I have seen hundreds of anime series, have moderated some anime forums, and am currently part of a fansubbing group. I love recent series like Baccano!, Clannad, Minami-ke, Kaiji, and Seto no Hanayome.
However, this forum at its heart is dedicated to pokemon, so I will try to stay more to the topic of pokemon- hence my pokemon releated avatar XD. As far as pokemon goes, I was a huge fan of the card game and anime years ago, but not so much now. I still play the video games (mainly handheld), and love them. I'm also a programmer, and have messed around with rom hacking a little bit in the past- but I hope to do more in the future, especially with this site's help.
Aside from anime, I have a lot of interest in reading (fantasy), sports (tennis, ultimate frisbee, baseball, soccer), and general computing (anything from video editting to programming).
It's nice to meet you all, and I hope we can all get along well!
