How feasible would a Pokemon like this be in competitive battling?

    *A fully-evolved Fairy/Steel Type
    *High Special Defense.
    *Decent Attack
*Moves: Play Rough, Iron Tail, Curse, Iron Defense, Avalanche, Magnet Bomb, Mean Look, etc.
    *Abilities: Moxie, Arena Trap, Levitate
    *Hold Item: Shuca Berry

What's the point of making an overpowered pokemon? For those of us who play on simulators, it would immediately be banished to the higher tiers and even there,it would be a team staple overcentralizing the game.

Plus your dream design is pretty much Mega Mawile.

Is it a crime to have an idea?

BTW, MegaMawile is Steel/Fairy. I'm sorry I posted this in the wrong section, but I didn't mean to make anyone cranky.

This pokemon wouldn't exactly be OP. I think a Dragon/Fairy type would be OP. Especially if it had traits of both (High Attack and Defense, High HP, Decent Sp. Attack, and Decent Sp. Defense.) It would seriously be OP out of this world.

Not only would it be too OP, but too obvious. At least with my Pokemon, you can assume that if it has that good of an Attack and Special Defense stat, the other stats would be poor in comparison (especially the speed). Plus, there's also the matter of its typing and arranged moves. A Pokemon can only be given so many high and decent stats before it's deemed illegal.

I will admit that there is one flaw:
    Spoiler:

BTW, these are all just hypothetical thoughts.

There are other ways to bypass it.

Also Steel/Fairy and Fairy/Steel are the same thing. It doesn't matter what the order the type is in it still gives you the same benefits. You'd still be weak to Ground and Fire attacks which are pretty common.

There really isn't any way to create a nearly invincible Pokemon since later down the line Gamefreak will change something to ruin how it runs, like they did with Dark/Ghost's semi-invincibility.

Add abilities like Mold Breaker and what ever defensive abilities you had won't matter for much and attacks like Embargo would prevent its from using its item. There are too many counters in today's meta game to create invincible Pokemon, even though that hit the Uber list have counter lists.

I don't think that you can make a Semi-Invincible Pokemon that doesn't have outrageous stats as that is the only way they'd become semi-invincible. Even with what you posted, a good physical attacker could potentially beat your Pokemon with one hit if it doesn't have higher than above average Defense and HP.

Tru, but you'll know when someone will send out a Pokemon like the one I brainstormed. Plus, you would have carry that specific Mold Breaker/ physical Fire or Ground move attacker all the time. Meanwhile, they'll most likely succumb to other Pokemon they're weak to.

BTW, Spiritomb only gained a weakness because GameFreak decided to pull "Fairy-type" out of nowhere. I guess Eelektross is still invincible (typing-wise, provided Mold Breaker, Gravity, and Smack Down aren't in play)
