Why would you give Gengar a nature that lowers Sp.Attk?

Ugly natures. Hera wants Adamant/ Jolly. Blissey wants Bold/ Calm. Salamence I'm not sure for mixed but possibly Mild or Lonely. Gengar wants Timid. And Gross wants Adamant.

Blisseys EVs. are something around the lines of 212hp/ 252def/ 46spatk I think.

    EDIT: Swampert wants Relaxed.

    Heracross @ Focus Sash

    Nature: Naive

    Moves:
    -Megahorn
    -Swords Dance
    -Close Combat
    -Stone Edge
Ugh, Focus Sash fails to be useful on this guy. Heracross is guaranteed to switch out frequently, so Swords Dance is going to be hard to pull. Choice Band is a good option, and replace Swords Dance for Sleep Talk to let it attack with Guts. Which brings me to the point, Use Guts. Adamant nature will do for it since Heracross will need all the attack and offensive power it can get. A good Heracross moveset would be this:

    Heracross @ Choice Band
    Trait: Guts
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Attack / 252 Speed / 4 HP
    - Megahorn
    - Close combat
    - Sleep Talk / Pursuit
    - Stone Edge

    Blissey @ Leftovers
    Ability: Serene Grace
    Nature: Serious
    Evs: None
    Moves:
    -Thunder Wave
    -Stealth Rock
    -Softboiled
    -Toxic
Giving a Pokemon no EVs is not your best choice. Every Pokemon needs EVs to be effective. 252 HP / 252 Defense / 4 SDefense would be the EV spread for Blissey. Double Status Blissey is a first, and I'm not too fond of it. Blissey needs a way to inflict damage, and that's usually with Seismic Toss. Instead of Toxic, give Blissey Seismic Toss. Stealth Rock is arguable, but I definitely wouldn't use it as Blissey has much better ways to put its moveset in to good use. As in Aromatherapy... Neutral natures are terrible, DO NOT use.

    Blissey @ Leftovers
    Trait: Natural Cure
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Defense / 4 SDefense
    - Seismic Toss
    - Aromatherapy
    - Thunderwave
    - Softboiled

    Swampert @ Leftovers
    Ability: Torrent
    Nature: Jolly
    Evs: Hitpoints 252, Speed 252, Def 6
    Moves:
    -Ice Beam
    -Earthquake
    -Hammer Arm
    -Surf
AOA Swampert isn't your best idea. Swampert wants some defensive moves, it is a tank. And whatever you do, don't raise Swamperts speed with a Jolly nature! Swampert barely ever uses its Speed stat. From the looks of it, you're turning Swampert into a physical sweeper. Swampert is NOT a sweeper! And Hammer Arm lowers Speed anyways (not like you'll be using it or anything). Hydropump over Surf on Swampert.

    Swampert @ Leftovers
    Trait: Torrent
    Nature: Relaxed
    EVs: 252 HP / 84 Sp.Attack / 172 Defense
    - Hydropump
    - Icebeam
    - Earthquake
    - Rest / Roar

    Gengar @ Life Orb
    Ability: Levitate
    Nature: Adamant
    Evs: SpA 252, Spd 252, HP 6
    Moves:
    -Thunderbolt
    -Hypnosis
    -Focus Blast
    -Shadow Ball
Adamant is the worst possible nature for it. Give it a Timid nature, otherwise its fine.

    Metagross @ Expert Belt
    Ability: Clear Body
    Nature: Bold
    Evs: Spd 252, Def 252, Hp 6
    Moves:
    -Explosion
    -Agility
    -Meteor Mash
    -Earthquake
Don't reduce Metagross's Attack stat with Bold nature. Impish will do. I'd get Thunderpunch over Earthquake or Explosion in there. EV Spread should be 252 HP / 172 Defense / 84 Attack
