What's its OT & ID number, if you don't mind me asking? And do you have any other Pokemon w/ good IV's like that?

I have a flawless shiny Metagross, shiny Rampardos and shiny Shuckle. I also have a near flawless shiny Bisharp and archeops.
 
Ok, but before I give you the archeops, I'd like to show you it's stat spread and what I EV trained it in:

Archeops

Jolly, Alert to sounds.
HP:291
Attack: 379
Defense: 166
Sp. Att: 234
Sp. Def: 166
Speed(350) MAX

For some reason though, the guy said it was flawless but I think he meant in speed only. The attack stat is still really good, but I was suprised to see it stopped gaining attack EVs at 379. It's weird. Does it still suffice?
