Yep I've finnally found the problem... looks like my modem transmition rate is way too high, I have to fix it, so... I'll let you know when it's fixed :/

I think it'll have to wait until tomorrow, my servers main page is overloaded and I can't change any of the configurations of the modem... well sorry for that...
