How about Team Magma succeeds in their plan to erupt the volcano, but it still fails because the volcano is nowhere near the coast and the landmass is therefore not expanded at all? :D
 
@Screw The Rules - Hmm, seems like a lot of effort on their part for very little reward lol. I did always question their plan when I played through Ruby :P

OH! Yeah, um, maybe contests or Battle Tents this time, both new editions to R/S/E?
 
Toss Rock Throw, Rage and Tackle for the three fangs...I can find other ways to get to crash into pokemon xD

As for new stuff for the new region, the team magma thing always was hilarious in my eyes, though I always wondered what team aqua intended to achieve by using the meteorite to stop the volcano...about as confusing as team magma I thought. Anyway, I still want them in it...that makes it all good. If we're running something close to the game storyline, I suggest Emerald, as it just had the best of the three storylines. I know we don't want to do contests (we already had one disaster over that) but battle tents sound interesting. That involves the battle frontier, which I would love to see later on.

Grr...and now that I"m planning so far ahead, have you considered the orange islands yet? I'd be happy to rewatch a season of anime to make it so that we could go there.

Oh, and thanks about the name :)
 
Okay done on the moves.

Yeah I have an idea for the battle frontier already :) But it might be slightly different to what it is in the games.

I'm not sure about the orange islands tbh, if I recall correctly the gyms in that region were challenge related rather than battle related. This may be difficult to implement effectively, I'll have a think...

Oh, and can everyone please name a pokemon (any pokemon any region) for me please. Which pokemon you pick will affect which pot (A or B) you are in for the next rounds draw. (Assuming your character gets to the next round :))

@Izuna - Itr doesnt really matter about the uberness of your choice. What matters is their primary elemental type. So with that in mind, I'll post the draw in the main thread asap :)

Okay, Izuna and Bulletproof are in Pot A and Screw The Rules is in Pot B.

edit: Wow, the old random number generator on my calculator has thrown up a very interesting draw....
