You should rather give Crobat Salac, Lefties or Choice Band and maybe use this moveset to eliminate all weaknesses: Steel Wing(against Rock and Ice), Shadow Ball(against Psychic), Poison Fang(there's no need for Toxic, cause Poison Fang can do a bad poisoning anyway) and Confuse Ray.
