A Noob Question

[The Classic Pokemon Trainer]

Hey I just got pokemon pearl today and I'm wondering who's better at defeating all of the pokemon gym leaders (while catching other pokemon). Turtwig, Chimchar, or Piplup. If anybody can help me that'll be great.

Statistically it's chimchar. At it's highest form it hits more gym leaders for STABed super effective hits, hits the highest quantity of E4 pokes for STABed super effective hits and is capable of using both special and physical attacks very well.

Nah, I'd say Chimchar too (even though I prefer Piplup)
My brother nearly beats me with his Monferono.
So yeah, I'd pick Chimchar too.
