And - Mukkamoto and Vivaa:
Took me a looong time to figure it out. XD I use Photoshop CS3, and first you duplicate the layer. Maybe smudge the under layer a little bit so it shows better. Then you go to Filter > Pixelate > Mosiac and just set a number of pixels. :3 Then what you do is take a soft sharpener brush and sharpen it very lightly to bring some parts out and lightly, with a soft brush on low opacity, brush out some parts that you don't want.

Unfortunately, Burnin' up wouldn't fit on the banner, so I put it on the av. Tell me if you want anything changed. :3
