Well, it looks OK one way or another.. I just don't think it's a starter. I think this Pokémon doesn't have any evo's.

It could go either way. I think it's a normal pokemon.

Its definately a water type pokemon. Look at Serebii.net's the 4th generation section.

this will be a starter, you can tell, it's 1st evolution (possibly 2nd, but i doubt it) but the way it's portrayed shows a bit of importance
