That isn't really a 'problem' in the sense you might expect to find it said. It's more of a complaint, placed in clearly exaggerated terms. You wouldn't generally go up to a help desk and say, 'Hello, but could you help with creepmageddon?'
Essentially, they're unlikely to acknowledge it in those terms, and it might not be clearly classified as a certain problem. Obviously, there might be certain issues with discussions, context, and the general orientation of the forum - it might often turn away a younger generation, or a few fans of the games, with the casual discussion and people's identity in the community almost exclusively counter to this -, and similar issues about vulgarity or swear-words in certain contexts have been raised about other aspects of the site, nonetheless generally attempting to attack certain people or other through a really vague statement might come across as a bit weird. In addition, vulgarity need not always be summed up through the word 'creep,' which seems to imply a certain social dynamic, and is as such merely shaming language in a sense.
In this sense they might want to confirm whether they're attempting to gossip with the Admins about a few ''creeps' on the forums, or use exaggerated language to contradict them. While they might of course have certain issues with the trends of certain forums, such as the anime one, which are valid - though as some on that forum like to point out, the anime for instance does encourage that kind of thing - and the casual nature by which such things are brought up, which might also direct the forum away from detailed discussion of the games, nonetheless they aren't really raising these and are instead just targetting a few unspecified members with vague words and strange noises.
