After Ev training a Pokemon is completed , do you just level your Pokemon up to the desired level or is there anything else required for you to do with its Ev's or is that it and you dont need to worry about them again ?

You shouldn't worry about them if you maxed EVs out.

Just continue training until your Pokemon has learned all the Level-Up attacks you want it to learn.

how many EVs=1 stat point at certain levels:

with a neutral nature, at level 100, 4 EVs=1 stat point, however, at level 50, 8 EVs=1 stat point, and at level 25, 16 EVs=1 stat point.

basically,with a neutral nature, as the level is halved, the EVs required for 1 stat point is doubled.

note that with a neutral nature, the same 16 EVs that give you one stat point at level 25 give you 4 stat points at level 100, so it doesn't matter when you gain the EVs, the final stat will be the same.
