4th Gen A Re-enforced Flygon wanted

Ya so, is flygon a good pokemon, because I had it in the last gen game and it was pretty cool. Anyway I know that a trapinch can learn earthquake and fissure at somewhere over lv 60, but it will have horrible stats. So instead of evolving it, I train two, and breed them. One problem. I have been looking for two days in the sandstorm-prone route with pokeradar and i only found one male trapinch. GTS has no good trapinch up for grabs because of the pokemon they want.
So...anyone got two different lv 60+ trapinch please?
(I know what you are thinking, Fissure ?!?!, Reason I want it: I have no OHKO moves with me, so It would be cool having one.)
(Also, earthquake? Don't you already have one? Reason: I want to save it for no reason.)

Wait, so you want a Trapinch that knows Fissure and Earthquake?
I don't really get this method you are using.
Trust me, breeding won't help as much because Tapinch's base stats already suck.

A trapinch learns earthquake and fissure by itself at lv 60+, and trapinch have bad base stats. So if I evolve it after learning the two, the vibrava/flygon will have bad stats. So I want to take a male and female trapinch with the two moves and breed them so the baby trapinch will have the two moves as a result of both parents having it. Then I will train it to evolve it at lv 30/45 so it will gain stats at a good rate and have better stats than a lv 60+ trapinch since their stat growth is slow. But what I want to do will take to long so I want others to give me a flygon with earthquake/fissure or two male and female lv 60+ trapinch.
