a RPG Maker 2003 pokemon resource kit

is there a RPG Maker 2003 pokemon resource kit that is finished? because i don't know how do make these and if i make a game (which i'm trying to do but i won't make a topic until i have screenies and some permission)

List (it's lots i know)
-pokedex
-pokemon storage system
-1 on 1 battle system
-6 pokemon carrying system
-evened out stat system
-Pokeball script

No, nobody even has a working fully functional CBS yet. I'll probably release a starter kit fir RM2K3 after I finish Pokemon Liquid, because I'll have everything done.

I might do one, too. Of course, it would have all three regions, and maybe Orre, too, but I don't know.
