    Blaziken (M) @ Salac Berry
    Trait: Blaze
    EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 6 SAtk
    Hasty Nature (+Spd, -Def)
    - Endure [Should be Sub]
    - Fire Blast / Overheat
    - Reversal
    - Rock Slide [Should be HP Ghost]

    Standard.

    Ninjask (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Speed Boost
    EVs: 6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Protect [Should be Sub]
    - Aerial Ace / [HP Bug] / Silver Wind
    - Baton Pass
    - Swords Dance

Standard. Stir and mix with Marowak for max pawnage on newbs. Tasty.

    Salamence (M) @ (Lum Berry)
    Trait: Intimidate
    EVs: 6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
    Naughty Nature (+Atk, -SDef)
    - Rock Slide
    - Earthquake
    - Dragon Dance
    - Fire Blast

Standard. Some others like other physical moves, but I find these the most versatile. Fire Blast is for physical tanks -- especially Skarmory.

    Gyarados (M) @ (Lum Berry)
    Trait: Intimidate
    EVs: 6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Earthquake
    - Dragon Dance
    - Return [Should be HP Flying]
    - Taunt

Standard. Some like a +Spd nature so they can outrun the 394 Spd monsters after one DD.

    Breloom (M) @ (Quick Claw)
    Trait: Effect Spore
    EVs: 3 HP / 252 Atk / 255 Spd
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Brick Break
    - Swords Dance
    - Spore
    - Iron Tail / Return

    [Should be:
    Spore
    HP Ghost
    Sub
    Focus Punch]

I hate having such limited squads because of version limitations. Everyone should buy an Action Replay. It's not nice to have to fill in rubbish moves...

    Sandslash (M) @ Chesto Berry
    Trait: Sand Veil
    EVs: 200 HP / 110 Atk / 200 Def
    Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
    - Rest
    - Rock Slide
    - Earthquake
    - Counter

Maybe kind of a physical tank? Maybe not.

    Final Word:

Too much sweeping, not enough tanking. Zam and Gengar -- especillay my Snatching Gengar, which I see now more commonly on NetBattle -- will seriously pawn this team. I don't like the serious need for Lum Berry in the monsters. Gyarados and Salamence are pretty much mirror monsters. One of them could easily go.

Ignore the gender stuff. I was too lazy to remove it from the NetBattle export.

I'm sure someone else will have more descriptive if not better suggestions.

I have action replay, but I'm too lazy to upload any codes to it and it would be cheating because I have no other way of teaching moves besides making pokemon with it. I'd buy a Fire Red if the price wasn't so high, maybe if it ever gets lowered down to $20 or maybe I'll ask for it for christmas. I just don't think I'd play it a lot, I'm pretty busy with school.
