Skarmory- bold @leftovers
-Roar
-Spikes
-Toxic
-rest
EV: hp and def
Though fly is always a good combo with leftovers+toxic, rest is needed for staying power. Leave the fly+leftover+toxic combo to Crobat... Skarmory doesn't attack at all so let's nerf its attack power to be inpenetrable by physical attacks
Weezing- adamant @White Scarf
-Sludge bomb
-Will-o-Wisp
-explosion
-Shadow Ball
EV: max atk, hp, def and spdef
It's too hard to pass by an opportunity for blowing up... Weezing excels in attack much more than sp.attack so drop flamethrower (you maybe thinking of flamethrower to get skarmory, but i'll rather have explosion to do kamikaze KOs... plus i'm not too sure if Skarmory gets KO from Weezing's flamethrower). Adamant will increase your attack power even further. White Scarf to further increase your chances with explosion.
Torkoal- sassy/relax @leftovers
-rest
-Curse/yawn
-Flamethrower
-Body Slam
EV: atk (if you're not yawning), def, spatt, hp
This should have been a great moveset except that it takes too long of a setup (pseudohazer comes along and you will be screwed then). Also without rest, tanking is useless... so i took out amnesia for rest. The nature is up to you... if you want more sp.def, use sassy. Relax increases your defense even further. Yawn can be very helpful. It's either sleep so you can attack for a few turns for free, or force the opponent for a pseudo-pseudohaze.
Tetacruel- bold/modest @ leftovers
-Mirror coat
-rest
-Barrier
-Ice beam
EV: Hp, def, spdef
I'll leave the surfing to Kingdra... if you want to last long to be able to use mirror coat, you'll need rest.
Kindra- modest @leftovers
-Surf
-Ice beam/HP something (spatt)
-Rain dance
-rest
EV: Spd, SpA
Abuse swift swim ability! You can either duplicate ice beam, or use Hidden Power to get an element that you think you're lacking. Modest to boost sp.att even more. Rest for obvious staying power
Sandslash- adamant @leftovers
-earthquake
-swords dance
-rest
-rock slide
EV: Atk, def, hp
classical and traditional, but still at its best... plus you really needed someone to use earthquake. Most teams need to have at least one Pokemon to use earthquake... Sandveil+double team may sound like a good strategy, but it's not even close to one... it's too long of a setup to handle.
