Okay, so I think Ludicolo is cool for 2 reasons:
1) He has a sombrero
2) Rain Dish
This is what I was thinking for my Ludicolo build

calm/impish/careful/bold (any of these will do since i wont be attacking)
252hp, 136 def, 120sdef

Leech Seed
Toxic
Substitute/Rest
(if you use rest make the item a chesto berry)
this would be a good pokemon to use once you have elimated a sweeper or two from your enemy, really powerful against bulky water types or tanks
not sure how well it would work, but it seems like a decent addition
