i have 10 anniv lugia and ho-oh , channel and wishmaker jirachi. i want the shokatan pichu,aura mew,mew moon darkrai and the TCGWC pikachu.

Can you breed me a Male Cubone With Perfect EV's or atleast a nature making him fast? I can Offer any Sinnoh Starter :)

I can give him a nature to make him fast but I can't give him perfect EVs
