Hm... it says Sassy and Loves to Eat. It's moves are Dragonbreath, Dragon Claw, Mist Ball, Psychic.
On second thought upon re-examining it, it could possibly be a hack, but there is no definite sign. How do you tell if it's hacked?

if you come on wifi I can look at it and tell you
 
Nevermind then. It's too much trouble for just one Pokemon.
I also have a shiny Gyarados, if you want one of those.
