[Scripting Question] Ability that activates upon the foe sending out a pokemon

I want to make an ability called Infohazard that raises the user's Attack whenever the opponent sends out or switches pokemon.
Anyone have any idea how to do this?

Maybe try looking how intimidate works? cuz intimidate activates a little like that.

Intimidate only works when you send out your pokemon, unfortunately. Am also interested in this for that very reason, it'd be better to have it work on foe entry.
