3rd Gen About ev training and exp.share

hello guys hope i can get some help here,

my newly hatched TORCHIC is holding EXP.SHARE, does my TORCHIC still gain attack EV's if i use a BLAZIKEN on battle with its attack EV's on max??

hope someone response with a clear answer or explanation

no. It does not gain EV's...

...unless you send torchic out first, then Switch to Blaziken - Torchic will gain 75% exp. and full EV's
