    Like how long would it take to like voice act each episode so its ready for the USA. because if CN has 4 episodes a week then they will catch up to japan pretty quickly then they would need to take a break from pokemon and come up with a new schedule. I would think that each episode would take only about a half an hour because each episode is about 20 minutes long. but it would take longer to voice act it if they didnt say the words right.

    Um, I'm pretty sure it takes a lot longer to dub an episode ^^;

    I'm guessing one to two weeks, perhaps? You have to take into consideration that they have to translate and amend the script, do all the adjustments to the footage (ie: remove the music, the vocal tracks, etc.), replace the removed music with the same/new tracks (depending on if they use the original Japanese score or not), and then record lines. And, since the voice actors probably all have different schedules, they have to come up with times when they can record. And a recording session usually lasts pretty long, from what I've heard. There's a lot of retakes, since most vas don't always get it just right the first time. When you think about it, it's really a long process.

    On the other hand, they're probably not doing just one episode at a time, so there's a bit of multitasking going on here. The process probably does take a week or two, but you'll most likely have more than one episode done after that. Factoring that in, I'd say that the general average would be about 3 days or so (2 every 7 days = 1 every 3.5 days)...

    I swear i read on a Veronica Tyalor website that it take about 6 hours for a measely 20 minute. but with the new VAs who knows?

    It varies. For each person, probably six to eight hours for a good 20 minute segment. But for the whole cast, it could take up to a week or so (if they don't have multiple recording studios).

    Ooh, I know this one!
    At least part of it.

    It takes about 8 hours for one voice actor to record their lines for one episode.
    Give or take a couple hours.
    and normally its one person per day, sometimes they wait a few days.
    So it probably takes about a week to get the entire episode fully recorded.
    After that they have to do all the editing, and that takes about a week in itself.
    So its around 2-3 weeks most of the time to dub one episode.
